About this property

Tranquil Phuket Pool Villa

Brand new villa 5-minute drive to Lyan beach, and 20-minute drive to downtown Phuket. Our villa is in a gated community with 24hour security. TV, Espresso machine, and great Wi-Fi. There is onsite parking with your own automatic gate.

Spacious rooms with each room having their own bathroom. Pool and garden is kept up by weekly gardening and pool cleaning. At your request we can send in the cleaning company for upkeep on longer stays.

You will have full access to the whole property.

We have a property management company on call for any issues that might arise.

Electricity and Water bills aren`t included. They will be charged separately at check out.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
