Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember to empty the refrigerator before checkout.
If you have any unopened groceries that you don’t plan to take with you, you’re welcome to leave them for the cleaning crew rather than throwing them away and letting them go to waste.
Please place all garbage and any leftover food in a trash bag, dispose of it in the trash container under the staircase outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon booking, guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
$500 credit card hold for damage protection will be placed one day before check-in and released within 7 days after check-out if no damages occur.
We require the full names and ages of all guests accessing the property. Copy of a government ID is required for the guest making the booking.
