Very Clean and Comfortable 3 Bedroom - Near Everything.

This apartment is nice and clean.
The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and decent size.
Coin Laundry Conveniently Located in the Really Clean and Nicely Done Basement! Conveniently located 1 block from bus transportation, 3 blocks from the Light rail to the path, 1 block from NJ Turnpike. Truly a Gem! Book with us you won't regret it. PARKING AVAILABLE which is rare in Jersey City. Laundry on Site. 20 Minutes to New York City, 10 minutes to Downtown area, Waterfront and Parks!

Guests must take their garbage out and place in the bin on the side of the house that corresponds to the unit they are renting, i.e, Bin1= 1st floor.
