This property is intended for family stays and quiet residential travel.
Not suitable for events, parties, or adult entertainment activities. This is a four bedroom home. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms the two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom. There is a solar heated swimming pool. We have a large Open Plan kitchen dining area informal lounge sunroom and patio room all with ocean and Mountain View’s. The house is spacious and open with a lot of light. Indoor braai and beautiful garden. Parking for 2 cars. Perfect for a family. Not 2 families only one. For example, husband wife 2-3 kids, grandparent.

Fantastic nice place!

Well equipped house in great location outside Cape Town. We were 7 people who had 7 great days here. Great host, which made it possible for us to have a good stay. Extra positive was that the house had fiber, good Wifi and a piano in the hallway. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic house and great location

The house was very clean and updated had all the amenities you would need. Our daughter loved the pool and the location was great close to beaches, multiple restaurants and coffee shops etc.. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house. Great views. Convenient location. Only thing is if you want to sleep in the two giant Great Danes next door might wake you up earlier than you'd like. It worked out great for us. Thank you.

Fantastic house, exceeded expectations. Very safe location, and very helpful owners. Assisted with a full time driver and tour guide that was amazing. (Bruce, highly recommend) Beautiful home would return anytime

Why they chose this property

Oceana Villa is a beautiful property with incredible views of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Robben Island. We have views of the Oceana in all the living areas upstairs. The villa is surrounded by beautiful bonsai trees which is very unusual. We are steps from the beach and shopping centres. Our villa has been open for rental for many years and we enjoy welcoming people from across the world to fall inlove with Cape Town

What makes this property unique

Views of Table Mountain, Ocean, Robben Island, Big Bay. Close proximately to the beach. We built this house and had it feng shui'd to allow for as much good energy and natural light in as possible.
