`HOUSE RULES:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts after 11 AM will incur a $40 charge.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.

• Fobs/Parking Passes/Fan & TV Remotes
Please leave them in the unit before checking out.

• Parties & Smoking
Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

We had a great stay overall. The home was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. Communication from the host was clear, proactive, and timely throughout the stay, which made everything easy from check-in to checkout.
