Wake up to the ocean breeze! Sailport Resort Condo
Welcome to the Sailport Resort in Tampa FL. Wake up and open your balcony and let the ocean breeze run through your private condominium on the water. Enjoy the views, volleyball, beer next to the fire pit, full bar, and restaurant onsite. Quick access to both St.Pete and Tampa. If you are looking to vacation in Tampa and want to stay for a few days - a few weeks this is the perfect hybrid location for you. Has a small-town feel but the location delivers the beachy vibe you live for.
This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom privately owned condominium. The space overlooks the Tampa Bay water views, which connect to the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 4th story (top story), which gives it an amazing view of the north and west side of the bay. There is an elevator nearby. Inside there is a full kitchen, full fridge, stove, and microwave, with full silverware and standard cooking materials. Standard supplies are also added, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and coffee supplies/maker. Professionally managed.
This is the extremely rare case in which the HOA allows for Airbnbs; you will actually be registered with them so they are aware of your presence. They also give you free parking passes for your stay. There is a security guard at the front, you simply tell him who you are and your unit number. The door to the unit has an electronic code for entry. We will supply you with all of this information.
Trash is disposed of through a "shoot" on the top floor you simply throw it down the shoot, and will fall into a large bin on the ground floor. No pets allowed.

Please note that the pier is currently out of service due to the effects of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
To guarantee that ALL our guests experience an enjoyable stay, We ask that you take a moment to review the information below.
* Sailport Waterfront Suites is a drug-free property. Drugs use of any kind including marijuana will result in eviction without a refund. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit nor on the balconies.
* Our Pool closes at 10:00 pm daily.
* All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool.
* Big Bamboo Bayside is open from 8:30 am – 10:00 pm and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with offering a full bar as well.
* Snacks and beverages are available for purchase in our Ship Store located adjacent to the Front Desk. Beer and Wine are not permitted for resale after 3:00 am. Only adults 21 years of age or older are permitted to purchase alcohol. Debit and credit card only accepted, NO CASH.
* A credit card is required at check-in for a $100 security hold per stay.
*Shirts, and Shoes are required at all times throughout the Lobby.
* All individuals are asked to observe and respect “Quiet Time” after 10:00 pm.
* No glass is permitted at or around the pool deck, sunset patio, and beach area.
* No personal stereo equipment is permitted at or around the pool deck or beach areas.
* Florida state law and fire marshal permit a maximum 4-person occupancy in one-bedroom suites and a maximum 6-person occupancy in two-bedroom suites.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the grounds and or utilizing the amenities Sailport has to offer.
