I was originally going to give the unit 4 stars. The home is cute, comfortable, clean, and in a great neighborhood. Communication with the host was clear. The reason for the 4 was a significant property-related service issue that occurred while we were there. That said, the owner responded quickly about it and apologized.But, I need to take off another star because after checkout, the owner wrote to me to say there was an item missing from the unit. We did not take it, break it, or anything else, yet he kept writing and insisting it was missing. I finally had to have VRBO step in to work with him, which they did.But agian, the unit itself is charming, comfortable, and in a great location.
