Grandview Arrowhead includes LAKE ACCESS and LAKE RIGHTS to private Lake Arrowhead. The private dock is just a 5-minute walk from the front door - perfect for dining lakeside, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and enjoying all the beauty Lake Arrowhead has to offer.
Your ALA passes will be provided - simply register via waiver after booking.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, property, and all amenities.

Lake Arrowhead Access: Short-term rental guests enjoy access to Lake Arrowhead and its scenic trails through the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA). Registration is required via a waiver sent after booking — all guests must be listed on the Agreement Form. Your ALA Membership Cards will be provided at the property. Please bring them when accessing the lake or trails.

Other things to note
Property Access | Important: The home requires climbing approximately 5 flights of stairs from street level to the main entrance. The property is not handicap accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Please consider this when booking, especially when transporting luggage and supplies. While the elevation provides those stunning lake views from every room, please ensure all guests in your party are comfortable with stairs before booking.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at this property to maintain the luxury finishes and high-end furnishings, and to accommodate guests with allergies. We appreciate your understanding. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation,

Parking: Two off-street parking spaces are provided in the driveway. Please park only in designated areas and do not block street access. Winter snow may impact available parking space.

Winter Travel: Tire chains are required by California law from November through April when traveling in mountain communities. We strongly recommend keeping chains in your vehicle at all times during winter months, as weather conditions can change rapidly. 4-wheel drive is highly recommended but chains must still be carried.

Quiet Hours: Lake Arrowhead has strict noise ordinances. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you be considerate of our neighbors at all times.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and additional fees)

Mountain Living: Our home is comfortable in all four seasons. The gas fireplace provides cozy warmth in winter, and the elevated location keeps the home naturally cool in summer. Please note that mountain weather can change quickly - we recommend layering and being prepared for temperature variations.
