Tess is a local girl, born and raised in Southern California and Dave is a South Philly boy glad to have found the love of his life. We've built our home to be our dream house, with modern conveniences for comfort but a cozy cabin feel for relaxing. We really enjoy tending our lovely garden nestled among tall trees, and, afterward, lounging in the outdoor Jacuzzi on the spacious backyard deck with a glass of wine. We know you'll love our mountain home too!
Why they chose this property
It is close to everything. Hidden away in a private quiet street yet close enough to walk to the Village and Burnt Mill Beach. On 4th of July you can see the fireworks from our front street; Labor Day is perfect for weather and events; Christmas is magical with a chance of snow and a wintry mountain. No matter what time of year, something fun is always happening at the Village from live music to Oktoberfest to holiday shopping. Whether it's the spring dogwoods in bloom, a cool summer breeze over the 100-foot cedars, the fall leaves changing or your first winter snowfall, you will always find a season to love. Oh, and you can bring your dog too!

Gorgeous landscaped backyard with wonderful mood lighting, flower and herb garden, hot tub under the stars and pine trees during late Spring and into Fall.
