¡Perfecto para un retiro y reunión familiar! A solo un corto paseo de 5 ~ 7 minutos del club de playa, Village & Lake Arrowhead Resort Center con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos, encontrará una casa encantadora pero espaciosa ubicada entre los árboles con 2 terrazas grandes con amplio espacio para sentarse y hacer barbacoas. Ubicado en una esquina aislada de 1 Acre en una ubicación privilegiada con derechos de lago y fácil acceso a la playa, lago y sendero para caminar. Perfecto para el entretenimiento (durante todo el año, hermoso jacuzzi interior / sala de billar) o para relajarse. Dos salas de estar separadas con pantallas planas para ver televisión o leer.

Esta casa está diseñada pensando en la paz y la tranquilidad, con mucho espacio para familiares y amigos. Ubicado en el centro, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados y playa. La casa tiene 5 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños, con chimenea, 2 salas de estar y 2 pantallas planas grandes. Además, cuenta con mesas de billar y salas de spa separadas, espacio limpio y tranquilo perfecto para leer, ver películas y simplemente relajarse y ponerse al día con el sueño o actividades al aire libre y hacer turismo.

Pasos suaves hacia el piso principal interior con 1 habitación grande con 2 camas queen y baño completo junto a la gran cocina y sala de estar y terraza exterior. El piso superior tiene una entrada independiente (perfecto para la privacidad) 2 dormitorios, ambos con cama de matrimonio y 1 baño completo. Planta baja, tiene 1 habitación king size y 2 literas con capacidad para 4 más 2 baños completos grandes. La casa está cargada de encanto y muy cómoda con 3 años de historia de alquiler. Tiene un garaje para 2 autos y 2 estacionamientos más afuera. Recomendamos cadenas de nieve durante la temporada de nieve, ya que las carreteras privadas no se aran durante la temporada de invierno. En verano, la casa no tiene aire acondicionado, pero sí suministramos muchos ventiladores portátiles para usar.

The property was amazing and super clean, check in was so easy and the owner was very quick to respond to all questions. The indoor spa put the cherry on top it was so relaxing and clean. The amount of room was perfect. Would definitely rent from this owner again I can't say moreamazing things about my stay it was absolutely amazing and relaxing.

Our family (8 of us) enjoyed a relaxing time at this lovely mountain home. It is spacious and easily accommodates a good sized group, with multiple areas inside and out for gathering.One note of caution: there are MANY stairs, including stairs down to the house itself, so this is not a property that is appropriate for anyone with a handicap or seniors that are challenged with stairs.

Amazing house and host!

What a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Kevin was a great host and responded to our several inquiries very quickly. We would love to stay here again once my son is a little older. My only warning is for families with very small children (my son is almost 2), there are several fall hazards for the little ones and we needed to corral him away from the stairs/living room couch area. However, the bigger kids (7, 9, and 11) loved the house, when we were swimming in the lake they all kept begging to go back and play at the house.

Great location

Had a blast with our family here. Do wish the kitchen was more organized with updated cooking/dishes/utensils, but we survived. Will also warn other renters to bring additional towels to use in the hot tub. Very few towels are provided with the property. Overall a great experience.

Convenient and Cozy

Kevin's house is a great place to stay for a weekend get-away. The location is really close to Arrowhead Village, but because the house is on a wooded hill, it remains peaceful. There is plenty of room for everyone, whether they want privacy or to hang out together. We had a group of ten come for a family reunion and we had zero complaints about the place! Think on that. Ten people, zero complaints. I'd stay here again for sure.

Weekend in Arrowhead

This house has the capacity to sleep quite a number of people. We were just 5, 2 couples and a single, celebrating a Birthday weekend getaway. The appliances needed attention (exhaust fan over the stove, jets in the spa) but the outdoor deck was spectacular! It's a pricey stay but more people to share the cost might have been better. Also the amount of stairs for 55 and over needs to be mentioned as well.

House is large w/ bedrooms across 3 floors. There is no AC and fans are not adquate to cool the upper floors during the day in the summer. We had a challenge checking in (which was partly our fault), as check-in instructions were sent almost two weeks before our stay. Also took a while to get hold of manager to get in. Basic supplies were also not adequate requring us to purchase them. House is in a good location if we want easy access to Arrowhead's central plaza and brewery.

Lake weekend

Had a great time here with our group celebrating our friend's good health. Great accommodations, and location was perfect, but ran into a couple issues where we couldn't get in touch with the property manager in a timely manner, and a couple of things were broken upon our arrival that meant we could not use them. There were also not enough fans in the house for every room so some folks had difficulty sleeping in the heat. The property manager was very kind when we did manage to make contact, and accepted responsibility for these minor things. All in all we had a great weekend here.

Unkept and old

We stay at multiple homes and by far this has been the worst experience ever! We come to Make Arrowhead yearly and this place is terrible. If you enjoy a clean, comfortable and warm home this is not for you. The kitchen didnt have plenty of utensils or cooking supplies such as pots and pans. We had to wash everything by hand prior to actually using the items as they were not clean at all. The dishwasher doesn't work so we ended up washing by hand. Its clear the management team does not care for the property nor The experience of the renters. The sofa facing the tv smells and would benefit from a make over. The tv located by the fire place didnt work. The decor and style is dingy. You are literally entering a previous era. The spirall stairwell to the upper level rooms is dangerours and I'm young! The rooms upstairs are old, beds are uncomfortable and the ceilings are low (we are below average height). The jazucci was not working for the first 2 days. The house is in a good location and the kids room and their bathroom was up to date. Parking wa good. Overall I would not recommend this property and felt embarrassed as we organized this trip for our family. I kept apologizing to my family but we made the best out of it. I encourage any to contact me if you have any quetions about this property but dont stay here!

Not worth the money; overpriced for amenities that don't work

We were certainly open to "paying up" for additional amenities that other properties did not provide. However, upon our arrival we were disappointed to find that many things at this home did not work properly or were not functional at all. As a result, we feel that we significantly over paid for our stay. Below is a list of items that did not work: 1) Barbeque: someone had left the gas on and when we arrived, there was absolutely no propane left in the tank. We could not barbeque the food we had brought. This was the most significant disappointment as we had to pre plan our meals since we were not eating out due to the pandemic. We emailed the property owner during our stay about this with no response. We had to cook our food on scratched up pans that were provided instead. 2) Pool table: there was no chalk to play pool. We were looking specifically for a home with a pool table and there wasn't a store in town that carried it. 3) Hot tub: it never got to the 100 degrees as advertised. Only one jet worked. This was another amenity that we specifically shopped for and were disappointed that we could not use. We got in once and were so disappointed, we didn't bother going in again. *Also there is mold on the ceiling of this room. That is a significant health hazard. 4) Toaster: it only toast a half side of the bread. We had to toast each serving 4 times constantly toasting to get it right. 5) Knife: there was a very dangerous knife that we had to throw out. When we attempted to use it to cut something, the blade came out of the handle. We could have been seriously hurt. 6) Ceiling fan in dining room: we really struggled to get it to work. Considering that there is no A/C in the home and that we were there during 90 degree+ temperatures, this was very uncomfortable. We did bring out the portable fans provided but they were not sufficient enough to cool down the dining area. Lastly, the house was not as clean as we would have hoped for when we arrived, particularly in the kitchen. Inside the China cabinet, it was extremely dusty and many of the cooking utensils were sticky. We washed everything once before we used them. We did not wash the blender because we never intended to use it but, it was difficult to look at while we were in the kitchen. Just not worth the money spent.

There is nothing like enjoying the outside deck in the summer evenings or hot tub spa/jacuzzi during winter or even all season long!! Open living room and cozy family room!! Two decks on main floor and lower level with fresh air blowing and forest view!! Spacious 5 rooms and 4 baths (inside cabin), pool table above garage and it's own bath inside garage. Our family love the cabin and sure guest will enjoy as well :)
