Welcome to our wonderful apartment by the sea!
Recently Renovated and Fully Furnished
Our apartment has recently been completely renovated and stylishly furnished. It accommodates up to 2 adults and possibly 1 baby or toddler (travel cot available).

The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible via two internal elevators from the lobby or the private parking garage. From the living room, you have a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea. Large sliding doors to the terrace create a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors.

The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the evening sun late even in winter. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious open kitchen is very well equipped, including a coffee maker with pods, oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, and automatic citrus juicer. Ideal for cooking enthusiasts.
Comfortable Bedroom
The bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200) with separate sheets and duvets, and a built-in wardrobe for all your belongings.
Modern Amenities
The apartment has air conditioning (hot & cold), (inter)national TV, and Netflix. Additionally, there is good Wi-Fi throughout via fiber-optic internet.
Direct Access to Beach and Pool
In just 30 seconds, you can have your feet in the sand and in the sea. There is also a large community pool available.
