The interior features modern flooring throughout, a sleek kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and spacious living areas designed for comfort. Step outside to a large private deck perfect for summer gatherings, complete with a propane grill and a fire pit for cozy evenings.

Details:

Home is fully furnished with basic essentials. 1-12 month lease available starting as early as late April 2026.

Please note there is no central AC, 2 window AC units provided.

Renter's Insurance is required with $300,000 liability, all occupants must be listed on renter's insurance.

2 pet maximum. $50/pet/month

Parking is driveway access only. Detached garage is not accessible.

*Home is located within the Knollwood Association. Renter's are not allowed to access the Knollwood amenities unless accompanied by a property owner. Williams Bay public boat launch and beach are within a 3 minute drive. Historic lake path access is available at the bottom of the hill.
