We came up and stayed for a family event in Akron. We had a group of eight people ranging from mid 20s to mid 50s. It was a great location and was easily accessible to Highland Square. The home was absolutely lovely. If you are interested in Akron or Northeast Ohio history there are multiple books available to read in the “Library room“. It is an old home so there are some quirks about it. There is only a very small bathroom on the first floor. The entire place has multiple closets, nooks, and crannies. The lighting was a little bit dark. There are multiple levels on the first floor, which can lead one to trip from time to time. Would be careful with those who have mobility challenges. The second floor rooms are uniquely decorated, and have ample closet space. The bathroom on the second floor is huge! The 3rd Floor was recently renovated and has its own master bedroom and full bathroom. The hosts were great and very responsive. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and I would definitely stay here again.
