Beautiful, cozy apartment, a few steps to the beach, ECARF certif.

Experience unforgettable holidays in our new apartment which is just a few steps from the Baltic Sea. The cozy living room with dining area and open kitchen is the main room. Here you can cook and eat together, plan holiday experiences, experience games evenings, read or test with the existing Game Cube games and matching their reactions. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and an additional televisions and therefore even a retreat. Let it all hang out in the apartment's sauna and spa shower and then relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace. Fleece blankets for colder days are available.
A beach chair you open from May to September for free.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor. The balcony faces west-south-west.

This property has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer a smoke- and pet-free accommodation with free carpet floors or short pile floor coverings. We provide mite reduction protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows available. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Gute Erholung garantiert! Wohnung und Ort tragen dazu bei. Kamin und Sauna sind auch für schlechtes Wetter gut. Die Küchenausstattung inkl. neue Pfanne, Schneidebretter ist prima. Wir konnten sehr gut in den allergikergeeigneten Betten schlafen. Es ist schön ruhig und es gibt immer etwas aus den Fenstern zu schauen. Strand und Ausflugsorte gibt es in 30 Minuten per Auto viele (z.B. Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, Dahme). Frische Brötchen gibt es in nur 5 Minten zu Fuß entfernt mit Meerblick.

Die Unterkunft entsprsch der Bescheibung. DIe Anlsge wsr sehe ruhig unf die nahe Strandlage recht angenehm. Wrnn überhsupt etwas zu bemängeln wsr dann die doch recht stumpfen Küchenmesser insbesondere dss Brotmesser Wir würden die Wohnung wieder Mieten.

Die Wohnung ist soweit ganz schön. Tolle Lage, bis zum Strand und ein kurzer Weg und auch die Seebrücke ist nah gelegen.Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht ganz sauber (die Fußleiste der Küchenfront war mit weißen Spritzern übersät, in den Ecken im Schlafzimmer waren Spinnweben und Wollmäuse und der Balkon war ziemlich versaut mit Vogelkot). Wir hatten eine Armeisenstraße quer durch die Wohnung bis hoch auf die Spühle, es standen zwar Giftfallen in zwei Ecken, aber wenn diese leer sind helfen sie halt nicht.Wir waren zu viert da, 2 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder, 16 und 2 Jahre. Das Babybett (ein Verschluss der Stangen war defekt) welches zur Wohnung gehört, passte nur durch Elternbett verschieben und Nachttische rausstellen mit ins Schlafzimmer, sonst hätte es nur Platz in der Wohnküche gehabt.Das Duschen war eher eine Kneipkuhr, da egal bei welcher Einstellung das Wasser nur mit wenig Druck zwischen eiskalt und ganz Heiß wechselte.

Großenbrode ist immer wieder schön. Waren jetzt das 6. Jahr infolge hier. Für das Wetter, gerade dieses Jahr, kann niemand was. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht, außer vielleicht eine Käsereibe. Aber das ist vielleicht auch zu speziell.

Entspannung pur

Die Wohnung hat alles gehalten, was sie versprochen hat! Super Matratze und Kissen, ruhige und strandnahe Lage, alles gut, um zu entspannen! Selbst der Balkon ist mit Stühlen und 2 Sonnenschirmen gut ausgestattet. Das Haus bietet Schwalben Unterkunft, was seitlich am Balkon etwas zu bemerken ist. Gerne mal wieder, zumal Großenbrode schön und recht ruhig ist :-) Glückwunsch an den Eigentümer!

Super Lage, tolle Wohnung

Rund um waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden.Das einzige was uns gestört hat waren die Plastik bezüge über der Matratze und Decke und Kissen.Leider gab es nur Vorhänge vor den Fenstern,mit Baby und Kleinkind etwas doof.

Entspannter Urlaub

Alles vorhanden in der Wohnung von Wäschegestell über Bügelbrett, Spiele, DVD‘s. Der Kritik für einen Gemüseschäler schließe ich mich an, ein neuer wäre sehr hilfreich, der vorhandene ist sehr mühselig beim schälen von Karrotten und Gurke. Ansonsten war alles prima. Die Bettdecken halten sehr warm, das sollte man wissen, vielleicht eine Alternative mitbringen wer sowas nicht mag. Würden aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Leider überhaupt kein Internet und keine Abhilfe, auch nicht über Nachbarwohnungen

Wir sind hierher gekommen, weil wir vor 2 Jahren bereits eine FeWo in dieser Anlage hatten. Großenbrode, die Nähe zum Strand, das hat uns gut gefallen. Diese Wohnung war insgesamt entsprechend der Ferienanlage ausgestattet, für uns jedoch eine Enttäuschung. Die Sauna ist winzig und viel kleiner als in ähnlichen Wohnungen der selben Anlage. Das in den ausgelegten Hinweisen beschriebene WLAN war nicht verfügbar, auch nirgends ein Modem was man einstellen könnte. In der Wohnung nebenan war die Fritzbox defekt, die hatten auch kein WLAN. Die Wohnung über uns war nicht vermietet, der Gast in der Whg. schräg über uns meinte er wisse sein PW nicht. Über den Support von FeWo war leider auch keine Abhilfe möglich. Das war erst mal ein Schock, Smart TV Und Netflix adieu. Den fire-TV-stick konnten wir im Koffer lassen. War ärgerlich. Was meine eigene Schuld war, aber trotzdem nervig: wenn man vergessen hat Bettwäsche zu bestellen oder mitzubringen, kann man nix mehr bekommen. Bestellungen werden erst wieder am nächsten Tag entgegen genommen. Wir sind dann abends noch Wäsche einkaufen gefahren, was den Erholungseffekt deutlich geschmälert hat. Gut, es wurde in Emails darauf hingewiesen. Aber wer liest schon alle Mails, vor allem wenn man gleich 12 Stück (Emails) erhält und nebenbei noch arbeiten muss... 25€ pro Set Bettwäsche /Handtücher pro Person ist zudem sehr teuer. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet. Nur Öl oder Salz, Gewürze, eine gewisse Grundausstattung leider nic

Super schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet. Abends Sonne auf dem Balkon. Leider sehr viele Kinder, laute und viele Animationen und laute Nachbarn in der Umgebung. Meine Mama und ich hatten gelesen das Großenbrode ein verschlafener ruhiger Ort wäre, dass stimmt leider nicht. In der Ferienwohnungsanlage ist es auch Nachts sehr laut. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in super gemütlicher Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist dank Fußbodenheizung, Kamin und Sauna im Herbst kuschelig warm. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Auch die Late Check Out Zeit am Sonntag bis 13 Uhr haben wir dankbar angenommen. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Dadurch, dass es sich um eine Allergikerwohnung handelt, darf man den Schutzbezug auf Matratzen und Decken nicht entfernen. Was sich aber auf das Schlafklima eher negativ auswirkt, da so ein Plastiküberzug nicht besonders angenehm und atmungsaktiv ist.

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern im Oktober für 1 Woche in Großenbrode. Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Auch von der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts. Die Wohnung scheint sehr gut isoliert zu sein, da wir nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen haben. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren die 2 Wlan-Zugänge. Bei einer 4-köpfigen Familie nicht ausreichend. Trotzdem haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch nächstesmal die Ferienwohnung wieder anmieten.

Wunderschöne Fewo

Ich war mit meiner Frau für wenige Tage hier. Von Beginn an haben wir uns in dieser Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage sind top! Besonders erstaunt hat uns das Equipment, egal ob in der Küche oder in der Wohnung man hat alles was man für einen gelungen Fewo Urlaub braucht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung absolut Kinder und Familienfreundlich. Die Schränke sind voll mit Spielen und es gibt einfach genug Platz für alle. Wir werden mit unseren Kindern bestimmt wiederkommen.
