Bright cozy apartment with balcony and fireplace lift in the house

'Möwennest 11'. Spend exciting days in our beautiful apartment just a few steps to the south beach of Großenbrode.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.

Two bedrooms, a bright living room with dining area and open kitchen offer enough space for 4 people. The floor heating and the stove provide a comfortable warmth. A nice bathroom with shower, various games, a DVD player and a selection of DVD's are available to our guests. In good weather, enjoy breakfast on our balcony and then explore the beauties of the Bay of Lübeck on foot, by bike or by car.
A bike room is available for our guests free of charge.

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. The balcony is oriented to the north-east.

This property has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer a smoke- and pet-free accommodation with free carpet floors or short pile floor coverings. We provide mite reduction protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows available. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. in der Wohnung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Für das Herbstwetter kann ja keiner was.Die Wohnung war so warm das wir den vorhandenen Kamin leider nicht benutzt haben, obwohl wir extra Holz mitgebracht hatten.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr gut bis auf die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Die Toilette war nicht sauber. Auf den Küchenschränken waren viele Handabdrücke, genau so wie auf der Scheibe der Terassentür. Das Geschirr war größtenteils verschmutzt.Mit der Betreuung vor und während des Urlaubs waren wir sehr zufrieden. Einziger Makel, die Wohnung hatte kein WLAN.Insbesondere möchten wir Frau Bunte unseren Dank für die freundliche Betreuung vor Ort aussprechen.Ich denke das war nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Großenbrode!Noch eine schöne Zeit an Ihr TeamE. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet.Alles da was man braucht. Wir waren mit Kleinkind, 1 Jahr, da. Hochstuhl und Babybett stehen zur Verfügung.Lage ist ebenfalls prima. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand.Leider steht kein WLAN zur Verfügung.Das hatten wir nicht gelesen bzw. wird es nicht erwähnt.Ansonsten hervorragend.Kommen gerne wieder

Schön mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Die Lage ist prima, da man super schnell am Strand ist und die Kinder viele Wege auch alleine zurücklegen können. Die Teppichböden in den Schlafzimmern sind erneuerungsbedürftig. In Zeiten der Nachhaltigkeit sollte es doch etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck geben. Sonst muss die Spülmaschine dauernd laufen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt!Der Check-in über eine kleine Luke war sehr unpersönlich und es gab so auch keinerlei Tipps etc. Was wir alles sehr störend empfanden, war, dass es in der Wohnung trotz ausgeschalteter Heizkörper sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Keine Ahnung woran das lag.

Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub, nah am Meer, Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet, super sauber und gepflegt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kleines Manko, leider kein W-LAN in der Ferienwohnung!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut insbesondere die Entfernung zum Strand. Leider ziehen nachts die Halbstarken nicht grade leise an den Häusern vorbei, auf dem Weg zum Camping.

Schöne Wohnung am Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche am Meer Die Wohnung ist toll und schön eingerichtet und von allem ist genug vorhanden was man für eine kleine Familie braucht. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken ein trotz Lage direkt an der Straße ist es trotzdem schön ruhig Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder

Die Wohnung hat uns total gut gefallen!!

Unser Aufenthalt in Großenbrode war wunderschön. Die Leute hier sind alle sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Der Teppichboden in den Schlafräumen hat mir zwar nicht so gut gefallen, aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Vielen Dank an die Hausverwaltung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

schöner Silvester Urlaub

Eigentlich eine tolle Wohnung, in super Lage, allerdings mussten wir das Geschirr erst einmal spülen , die Stühle sind nicht mehr in Ordnung und müssten ausgetauscht werden und der Teppich im Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer müsste dringend erneuert werden. Alles in allem aber eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche/Wohnung. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schlechtes Wetter, tolle Zeit!

Hervorragend! Wir sind in einer richtig angenehmen, super sauberen Ferienwohnung angekommen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt! Zur ersten Orientierung haben wir uns dann bei Herrn Handor gemeldet und wurden mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Alles in allem war das trotz viel Regen ein sehr toller Aufenthalt mit freundlichen und kompetenten Ansprechpartnern! Klare 10 von 10! Das werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederholen!

Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war der Herr Handor. Den muss ich hier jetzt extrem loben! Ich habe in den vorherigen Bewertungen schon gelesen, dass die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen sind. Ich dachte, da hatte sich in der Zwischenzeit schon etwas getan. Als ich mich dann Abends auf das Bett legte, merkte ich nach zwei Minuten, dass ich schon auf dem Lattenrost durchliege. Am nächsten Tag habe ich den Herrn Handor angerufen und er hat uns noch am selben Tag zwei neue Matratzen gekauft. Ich war total überrascht und habe mich sehr gefreut, dass das so schnell geklappt hat! In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt! Immer wieder gerne!

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem drin, was man im Alltag benötigt. Ein kleines Manko ist das Bett - es ist sehr niedrig & die Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. Für Leute mit Rückenbeschwerden kann es auf Dauer sehr schmerzhaft werden. 🙈 Der Weg zum Strand ist in ca. 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Toll gelegene Ferienwohnung mit einer angemessenen Größe um ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee zu verbringen. Keine 5 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, verkehrsberuhigte Zone, so das man es auch gut auf dem Balkon aushalten konnte. Als einziges Manko müssen wir das Bett kritisieren, denn die Matratze, die dort einem einen wohligen Schlaf vermittelt soll war keine Matratze. Alles in allem aber eine Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und super Lage zum Strand und Promenade. Trotz Spätanreise alles sehr unkompliziert. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Matratzen im grossen Schlafzimmer sind etwas zu dünn.

Schöne Anlage in 2.ter Reihe am Meer

Schöne kleine Wohnung in 2ter Etage mit Balkon zur Strasse. Sauberkeit leider nur oberflächlich, Geschirr für den täglichen Gebrauch ausreichend, aber auch nicht mehr. Ein Sparschäler fehlte leider - das gute Ferienwohnung Justinus Messerset - tatsächlich brauchbar. Fehlende Infomappe, falls spätere Anreise erforderlich, fehlte. Schrank im Doppelbettzimmer dreckig, keine praktische Einteilung. Wohnung ansonsten Funktional und okay
