Connected to the historic Eilers House Estate, this unique apartment affectionately known as the "Orange Underground" is perfect for a long weekend or extended stay in downtown Wilmington. Don't worry it's only partially below ground with plenty of natural light throughout! Recently renovated with updated furnishing, decor, and appliances the apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and a living room which includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The apartment includes a full kitchen with bar seating to enjoy meals and an updated bathroom with a clothes washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The location is ideal for walking to downtown Wilmington destinations including the riverwalk, restaurants, bars, shopping and wedding venues. We've also included a record machine with some of our favorite vinyl if you need to wind down after a long day. Several area beaches are also not far away and our team is happy to provide you with local recommendations to maximize your trip itinerary. The Eilers House team is excited for you book with us and make some lasting memories!
