The Space:

The property features multiple well-appointed spaces designed for comfort and convenience. The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private patio, and oceanfront views, providing a serene escape. The Secondary Master, also on the top floor, includes its own private full bath. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed, creating a cozy retreat. Bedroom 2 offers two bunk beds on the main floor, perfect for additional guests. The Master Bath is a full bathroom connected to the master bedroom, while the Guest Bath provides easy access for all guests on the main floor. The Living Area is a welcoming space with a patio, fireplace, and open concept design. The fully equipped Kitchen includes modern appliances and cookware. The Outdoor Space includes a BBQ grill on the deck, and two patios on the second and third floors. The garage offers a ping pong table, beach essentials, and bikes, with an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Conveniently use the elevator that goes to all three floors!

Guest access for self check-in at main entry and side garage door with code provided same day as arrival.

Nestled in the charming North End of Virginia Beach, our home offers a prime location just steps from the sandy beach. You'll find yourself in a tranquil, family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A short drive will take you to the vibrant Virginia Beach boardwalk, where you can explore a variety of restaurants, shops, and exciting attractions. Discover historical sites and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area, all within easy reach from your peaceful retreat.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You can use the provided bikes and wagon to explore the area, or simply walk to the beach. For transportation, consider the local trolley or other third-party drivers. Golf cart rentals are also available for an additional fee. Free parking is available on the premises in the designated areas of driveway in front of garages!



Other Things to Note:

Two private patios with beach views, indoor fireplace, elevator, games, beach essentials, BBQ and more! Don't forget to take a picture with the Bluefin Tuna caught by the owner, mounted on the second floor!



◆ The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $10,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI S Hampton Roads Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ PMI South Hampton Roads utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
