Please note: the shower is compact and may feel tight for taller guests (over 183 cm). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed for 2. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and admiring the sea view.



Within a 5-minute walk, a partnered 4-star hotel offers bar, restaurant, pool with equipped beach, and gym services, all available for an extra fee. Nearby, you’ll find cafés, bars, and a supermarket just a 7-minute drive away (3.5 km). The sea is 200 m away, and Marinella Beach is 5 minutes by car (1.5 km). Perfect Holiday, stunning views and exceptionall hospitality

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nice Apartment in Golfo Marinella, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, Sergio’s exceptional hospitality made me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The large terrace was a highlight, offering unforgettable sunrises and magical lunches under an olive tree with fantastic sea views. Everything needed for a perfect holiday is nearby. The beautiful beach is a short walk away, and the center of Porto Rotondo, with its vibrant cocktail bars, is easily accessible. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, offering a variety of delicious options. The combination of stunning views, superb amenities, and Sergio's outstanding hospitality made this stay one of the best I’ve ever had. I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Golfo Marinella! Five stars!

Es war alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft in bester Lage.

Pros: Der Vermieter war immer und sofort erreichbar. Seine Tipps und Vorschläge waren ein Genuss. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, den Vermieter mit seiner Frau persönlich kennenzulernen, was uns besonders gefreut hat. Es sind sehr nette und warmherzige Menschen, die uns liebevoll aufgenommen haben. Die Lage der Wohnung hätte nicht besser sein können und die Aussicht von der Terrasse lud zum permanenten Verweilen bei einem Glas Rotwein ein. Erholung pur. Fazit: Immer wieder gerne!!!!
