The property offers a spacious circular driveway with guess parking for up to four vehicles, perfect for guests traveling with multiple cars, as well as for guests receiving visitors.
The host uses one parking spot on the west side corner for a work van. This does not impact on your parking availability, privacy, or access in any way, and the rest of the driveway remains fully available for your use.

For full transparency, there is an occupied RV on the southwest corner of the property. It is completely separate from the guest area, divided by a fully enclosed fence over 6 feet tall.
There are no shared areas. The backyard, pool, game room, BBQ area, gazebo, and all amenities are 100% private and exclusively for your use.
The RV has its own independent entrance and parking and does not interfere in any way with your privacy or your stay.

West Palm Beach is a tropical area. You may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or small iguanas. We take proactive measures to minimize this, but nature is part of the local charm.

• Guests must clean up pet waste immediately
• Any pet-related damage will be charged
