Pelican Bay Villa with views of St Maarten, 5 bedroom with pool

Welcome to Pelican Bay Villa our beautiful 5 bedroom on an elevated bluff in Lockrum Bay. Dramatic, sweeping oceanfront views of the turquoise waters abound, including in the evening, the lights of St. Maarten and the island of Saba. We are the new owners of this light and airy space featuring an open kitchen, dining and living space. We are in the process of upgrading the decor and adding our own personal touches. Our heated pool is the perfect spot to relax after a day enjoying the gorgeous beaches of Anguilla (of which there are 33).

We fell in love with the expansive backyard of this villa which has so many areas to enjoy. The main house features 3 bedrooms, all with ensuites. The pool house features two more king bedrooms with panorama views of the water. The upstairs bedroom has been redecorated and has an ensuite. The bottom level was recently turned into a king bedroom and at present, only has a powder room. We will be adding an ensuite to this room in August.

Anguilla offers amazing world class dining experiences. Whether you choose one of the many restaurants, or have a chef come to the villa to cook, you will be appreciating the best food in the Caribbean.

Our housekeeper, Marilyn, will be available at the villa during your entire stay. No need to bring a beach bag . . . we will have one waiting for you on arrival.
