Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient beach access, the golf cart, and your overall stay. We appreciate you mentioning the temperature concern in the master bedroom. While ceiling fans are not included in every property, we understand that additional airflow can be a valuable comfort feature, especially during warmer months. We have shared your feedback with the appropriate team and homeowner for consideration. Thank you again for choosing Gibson Beach Rentals. We’re happy to hear you had a great experience overall and hope to welcome you back for another Emerald Coast getaway!

Tivoli 5227 was a clean, spacious, tastefully decorated rental. Location was convenient to the beach, and the golf cart allowed our family to travel around the resort, to the Wharf, and even to Publix. It was wonderful! The primary bedroom was large and even had an extra little room inside it that our grandson loved as his own. And the stairs at the front entrance were never an issue. The rental was perfect for our family of four adults and two little ones! Our only complaint was the blockage of our walkway to the beach due to construction cranes. Roof repairs were being done, which required us to detour and created a lengthy walk to the beach once we parked our golf cart. This was not a fault of the owners or the rental agency; however, the resort should have made easier accommodations for guests. Other than that (which was only a temporal issue and will be rectified once the construction is complete), we HIGHLY recommend the property and plan to make reservations for Tivoli 5227 again.
