We just got home from a week there and everything was great! The condo is beautiful and the balcony was outstanding. It’s off season so we didn’t expect there to be much of a crowd and there wasn’t. It was so nice! All the food, at all the restaurants in the village, is outstanding! There isn’t a bad place. We loved Roberto’s pizza! Unfortunately it’s too late in the season to see the fireworks. We did get to see the Wednesday concert last night though and we loved it! It was so much fun just sitting on the balcony with our own drinks and carry out orders, listening to music. The only minor issue could be the noise of the little street below. I read all the reviews so I expected it, but I could see it getting pretty annoying during peak season. Overall, we loved it and would love to return!

Nice property and great location. It was nice to have a full kitchen and to spend time relaxing on the huge balcony. Convenient for accessing everything in Baytowne Wharf. Also nice for exploring the surrounding area (Panama City, Grayton Beach Destin).

Perfect location and view! High enough to escape the noise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a small group of girls who make an annual vacation down to the village of Baytowne Wharf. We had the perfect location with a circular balcony that we could see in three directions. We were up high enough to escape the hustle and bustle when we needed a break and high enough to have a little privacy. It was perfect for us.

Fantastic stay in Baytowne!

We really liked this condo. It had a great view and was close to all the action. It gets loud late but not Bourbon Street late.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed the view and the room a lot. We did bring a lot of paper products of our own thankfully, but everything else was provided! The kitchen did lack a few things for cooking a large meal, but for a vacation spot was awesome!

Perfect location!!

We bring the kids for vacation every year. This year, by far was the best as far as where this condo is located. It over looks the entire village. Perfect balcony to have coffee, dinner, or just relax and enjoy the live music or events going on right below you!!
