Clean Updated Room as Described. Easy Access to the Parking Lot. Steps Away From the Pool and HotTub. An Easy Walk to the Beach, Only Takes a Few Minutes. Wide Sidewalks and a Huge Boardwalk for Easy Beach Access. Everyone at the Resort Was Friendly, From the Guard at the Gate to All the Families We Encountered. Great Place to Stay.

Last minute trip for the holidays

My boy and I decided to come down for a short beach trip before Thanksgiving. Could not have asked for better weather the past days we stayed here. Ocean was perfect and the room was awesome. Great views and plenty to do. No crowds. Great stay .

Great Time!!

Place was very clean and very well stocked. The decor was very beautiful and it felt very open and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Just a quick walk to the beach, not bad at all. A beach cart and chairs and umbrella was included which was so nice! Thanks again!

Great property and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plan on returning Couple updates needed- screen on sliding door out to deck needs to replaced and updates in the bathrooms should be considered Thanks for a great vacation. Hope to see you next year!

Beautiful Condo!

Our stay at Endless Views was wonderful! The views were spectacular and we were able to hear the crash of the surf from the deck! The design and style of the condo’s inside space is beautiful and comfortable. The location of this Tops’l condo to Destin, Sandestin and 30a was perfect. We were able to see and experience a lot. The highlight was the walkable distance to the beach, and the emerald green water, wild surf and white sand. We hope to visit again!

September Beach

Beautiful time of the year. Condo very nice and clean. Has all the things anyone would need for a good stay. you can see the ocean from the condo but cannot see the beach. Umbrella and chairs are an extra fee. A good bit of a walk to the beach, but they do offer tram service. Very nice pool. Grounds are beautiful.

Lovely surprise!

The property was beautiful! We stayed in the Summit and it was very quite and felt very safe. Short walk to the beach but it was worth it. Everything in the condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. We had a small glitch when we first got there but Lauren got it fixed asap. I definitely will stay here again!!

Good To Be Back At Tops'l

We have been coming to Tops'l for 25+ years. My in-laws lived in Summit 908 for those years. They have passed and we had not been back for a few years. We met other family this weekend for a birthday celebration. Staying in Summit 906 for this trip was a true joy. Beautifully appointed furniture, linens and decorations! Very clean. Everything we could have needed was at our fingertips. I highly recommend staying in this unit. We will definitely be back! D and K from Chattanooga, TN

Nice condo, great view. Had some problems with the sliding doors on the closets - rusty tracks stuck pretty bad. Ice maker worked good for first week and an half-very slow after. Bottom dishwasher rack- rolls very fast- like it’s going to roll out- it never did. Dryer vent clean out did not work well & was over full when we got there. Set was better than the place we were at the first month though. The Summit was clean, had a great pool/hot tub area & was very peaceful. Was not very happy with the pickleball- very expensive & not user friendly- did not know it was a pay court. So we found places to drive to so we could play. The putt putt was very nice, as was the basketball court. The owners were very nice & helpful though.

Very nice place.

It was very nice. I would suggest to the owner is to have a small bottle of liquid dish detergent and liquid hand soap in the kitchen. Very difficult to cook and not have those available immediately when you get to the condo. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Miramar Beach condo

The pictures of the condo were accurate and the condo and views were beautiful. The beach and pools were close and one pool had beach access. Very enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this property! Great location, very clean unit. The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed the pools at the condo as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Can’t go wrong with renting this unit.
