From the moment you step into the spacious foyer, you will feel swept away by the elegant South Seas decor of this home. The chef in the party will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Master suite is fit for royalty with lavish decor and plush appointments. The split floor plan is perfect for couples traveling together or to give kids their own space. Each room offers Flat panel televisions. Outside, you have a spacious screen patio overlooking the golf course. Perfect for visiting or spending a quiet afternoon reading a good novel. Just steps for the water's edge, Tivoli by the Sea is one of Sandestin's most popular vacation condos.

One of the best

Loved everything!

Plenty of space. Beds comfy. All furniture and appliances were very nice. Great parking! Everyone wants to come back next year!

Beautiful Condo!

Tivoli resort was absolutely wonderful. Cleanest condo we've stayed in and the view was great. Watched golfers (and deer at sunset) from the screened in patio, short trip to the beach & shopping/restaurants were easy to get to at the Wharf. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!!

Perfect little place especially if you have a pet

Wonderful stay. Condo was lovely. Screened porch and grass just beyond screen door for our dog to go potty. Golf cart was a great addition. Owner was very prompt in communicating when I realized I didn’t know how to access condo. I think my check in packet was lost in cyberspace. We had a great time!!!

Fall Get-A-Way

We had a great stay at this Condo. We enjoyed the screened in area which was on the golf course. The beach was a short 10 minute walk from the unit. Sharon was a wonderful host and everything was great. Lots to do during this time of the year. We ended our 10 day stay enjoying the 30A BBQ Festival which was a lot of fun. A highlight of our trip was worshiping on the beach at the Crab Trap in Destin early Sunday morning. Check out Destin UMC for more details. A big plus was that we could bring our doodle with us. We will definitely return to stay at this place!

Perfect location!

Highly recommend staying at this property! I also recommend renting the golf cart to get to the Baytowne Wharf, beach, etc. The condo was very clean and inviting. Sharon was so kind and informative which speaks volumes to me. We loved it there and we will rent again from her! Thank you Sharon!

Great Condo

Probably one of the best condos we've rented in our many years of renting properties for our fall vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen accessories (pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, etc) were the best we've experienced with VRBO rental. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Great Location

You have golf you have private beach you have plenty of amenties in this great Sandeetin location. Restaurants grocery stores and plenty of attractions. The unit is great with two bedrooms and a pull out couch. The patio is somewhat private and give you a great view of the golf course. The beach area can be walked or driven since theres a private parking lot for guests and residents.

Family time

This was our first of many more stays at the beautiful condo. We were so comfortable and the place had everything we could have needed. We stocked the fridge, enjoyed beach time and meals on the awesome screened back porch area!! Sharon and Steve were so easy to book with. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Wonderful and relaxing

LOVE this location, so much to do and the whole resort is beautiful. This condo was just the right size for our family group. Note that their are two bedrooms, with a sleep sofa in the living room. Sharon was kind enough to let us use her brand-new air mattress so we could put the littles in the bedroom instead of the living room. Worked perfectly! You will need the golf cart to get around and get full enjoyment.

Sandestin 2020

We arrived to a a beautiful condo! It was clean and decorated beachy. It is very close to the pool and the beach is a short walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. It is very hard to find rentals that allow dogs and this condo was very dog friendly. Easy to take them out and they enjoyed watching the golfers. My only negative comments are that the kitchen needs some new pans as many of them are scratched. Also, microwaveable bowls would have been nice. I am a cook so I like to be able to do so when we are on vacation. A golf cart would be nice as well. We would definitely stay here again! We

Even better than the pictures!

What a wonderful week we had! Sometimes you get nervous when booking a place and hope that it actually looks what the pictures show in the listing. This place knocked it out of the park and was even better than the pictures! Sharon’s home was meticulously clean and perfect. Everything you could need was there! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and every morning was coffee on the patio with breakfast from The Black Bear Bread Company (recommend the multigrain sourdough) and Parlor Donuts (recommend the Sandy donut.) The golf cart rental was huge for us! What a great way to access the beach as well as all the nearby shopping! My eight year old daughter and husband would just disappear on that cart and head out on adventures in the resort and town haha It could not have been a more perfect location. Also, Sharon was super responsive when we had a couple questions about the area. Highly recommend!

A must stay! Clean, spacious, great location, great owner!

Such an amazing week at this condo! Great location and super clean. Cleanest place we’ve stayed at in the 10yrs we’ve been going. Great view as it sits right on the golf course, and huge patio. Spacious enough for our family of 4 and our pup. We rented the golf cart as well which was well worth it to be able to drive to the beach and around the Sandestin property. So many things very close to keep you busy. Would def recommend driving to the beach, you could walk it but it’s further than I would want to walk carrying all of our beach stuff. Beach does get crowded, I went down and set up our stuff every morning at 6:30 to hold a spot close to the water. Owner is super kind and responsive! Will def stay here again on our annual trip. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place

This place is very nice and in a great location. We used their golf cart to get around and to go to the beach. The resort that it’s on has everything that you need.

Great Rental

Very clean and spacious! Comfy beds and good size bathrooms. We loved the screened porch for morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with many extras you usually have to buy yourself. Short drive on golf cart to beach. Finding a place on the beach could be challenging with Hilton and others blocking off their own property. Beautiful area!

Great vacation

This was our second time to stay at this condo and once again, we had a great time! The location is perfect, a short distance to the beach, the Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard. The use of the golf cart is a plus.

My husband and me fell in love with Destin years ago and decided to purchase our second home in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We choose this resort because it offered so many amenties for our family and guest. It is very secure, sidewalks throughout the property and just a fun place to vacation.

This property is professionally decorated, very upscale but offers the comfort of home. I have many guest come back year after year because they enjoy the location, it is very clean, and I offer different amenties that the typical rental does not. You will fall in love with my condo just like I did and want to return each year.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I fell in love with my condo because of the floor plan which has split bedrooms, ideal for guest you may travel with, children or in-laws. Great location, near the beach and first floor on golf course. You will love it too! During my peak season which is March 9, 2020 until August 8, 2020 I only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
