LOCATION:
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 1 mile from historic downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row — a short 5-minute drive to bars, restaurants, the courthouse plaza, and Prescott's main attractions.

PET POLICY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome. Please clean up after your pets — any waste left in the yard, patios, or around the property results in a $100 cleaning fee. Dogs must be crated when left at the property; the yard and patio are not fenced.

HOUSE RULES:
🚭 No Smoking — Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping) is not permitted inside or near open doors/windows. $300 smoke remediation fee if violated.
🔇 No Parties or Events — This home is for rest and relaxation. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Up to $500 fee for unauthorized events.
🔊 Quiet Hours — 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
🚫 Illegal Activities — Not permitted. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.
🕒 Check-Out — 11 AM. $100 fee for unauthorized late checkouts.
🗑️ Trash — Please place all trash in outdoor bins before departure.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, garage game room, private deck, and yard. Driveway parking included. Self check-in via smart lock — your unique access code will be provided before your stay.

SAFETY & MANAGEMENT:
