Escape to a charming haven nestled on a pine-lined acre, just two miles from the vibrant heart of Prescott. Our finely appointed home offers a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort—ideal for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind in style.


We value your safety while you stay at our property. There is a security camera at each of the front entrances to the home. No cameras are located inside the home. Entrances to the home are secured with digital keypads for your stay.

**Please note that the home sits on natural terrain, which is not suited for those with mobility challenges. Both entrances require stairs and there are stairs within the house.

Situated on a plat dedicated in 1909, this land was developed before the iconic courthouse was built and before many paved roads existed. Staying true to that heritage, the last few hundred feet of your journey to the property are on a flat gravel road.

We were in Prescott to attend a family wedding. This house offered the perfect place for the kids to play and family and friends to gather while the wedding party was preparing for their big day. We wil definitely stay again at a time we can explore a little more of Prescott.

The house was overall very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Very reasonable priced. Do expect the bathrooms a little tight, the shower heads are a little off and might need maintenance but the handheld sprayer was a nice option. For someone with kids on a summer vacation this is an excellent property.

Went to Prescott for a guys golf trip.Great location! House was roomy and would be a great place to stay with multiple couples. 3 bathrooms were great! Close to Whisky Row, shops and restaurants. Nice secluded location in the pines. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Little Getaway

Super cute cabin/house in the woods. Went for a girls trip weekend, had everything we needed for everyone. Beds were comfy, games were fun and we loved the outdoor gazebo. This place was great for girls trip but even better for a family with kids lots of great activities. Owner was super nice and easy to communicate with.

Our host was great! The property was very nice. The kids loved it of course! There were only 2 issues but we lived with it. The first was the master tub/shower. The curtain didn’t fully keep the water from spilling out. The floor and mat would get very wet. We had to be extremely careful when showering. The other is that the spare rooms beds are so small. I think having a little bigger size would make it more comfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
