Everything inside was great, clean and as pictured. Bed and couches were comfortable. Adequate but minimal amount of kitchen supplies. The outside left of the RV could use some cleaning up and attention. The outdoor furniture was down toward the back, there were a lot of weeds and bugs. Not really usable in my opinion. Can’t beat the closeness to the beach and Baja. The pools and other amenities on the property are a plus. Overall a great stay.
