We had a great stay! The place had everything we needed and more. It was just a few blocks from the beach and the boardwalk which made it easy to walk to and from. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place to stay. Close to everything. Plenty of room for 5 adults & one baby.Host replied fast when contacted with questions.Would definitely stay here again.

Love this cute vacation get away.

This was a perfect get away for our group of 6. We had our 4 and 1 year old grandkids and their parents. The kids loved the ability to play in the yard. Carole was so helpful and a great hostess!

Late July Beach Vacation

The property was very clean. Location is great for beach access, just a couple blocks away. The unit was well stocked with essentials. Property owner upstairs was very nice, but no intrusive at all. I will definitely consider returning to this same location when I return in future.

Quaint and Cozy

I choose to put my older friends 70 - 83 years old at this property due to the proximity to our event at the Water Table and it made things very easy.

Great location

Location was great, short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Two restaurants within a five minute walk. Place was a bit dated but it worked for a weekend trip. Interesting “jack and Jill” bathroom with two toilets (with a door separating) and a shared shower. Thermostat was locked and without the fans on it got a little stuffy, but with the fans on it was just fine. Plenty of games inside and beach supplies as well.

Jillian, Thank you for your comments. If you had mentioned the thermostat while you were here, I could have shown you how to adjust it. Let your house know if something isn’t comfortable or working properly while you’re there. we want you to Have the most enjoyable time it’s just a communication issue

Location is outstanding. All stuff needed was there. Extra 1/2 bath great. Couldnt watch regular TV, since all streaming, and have no subscriptions. Some surfaces sticky, but guess that cones with humidity so close to beach, and outside temp and humidty were very high. Fans in each room were nice. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely PERFECT LOCATION!!!

We were so impressed with our stay. I can not say enough amazing things about the host. She went out of her way to accommodate our parking need and was so so helpful in every way. She was avail and conveniently located right up stairs. So, any issues we had, she took care of them immediately. We can’t thank her enough for an amazing weekend at Beach it!!! Thank you so much. We would definitely love to stay again!!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacance. L'appartement était très propre et tranquille. Avec une petite marche d'approche jusqu'à la plage c'était parfait. Very cute home located 10 minutes walking distance to the boardwalk in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, responded to requests very quickly and courteously. Laudry machines would have been useful, but she changed our linens for us upon request.

3 generations enjoyed our comfortable stay in Carole’s apartment close to the beach!

The house provided us with all we needed plus many extras! Just a short walk to the beach and the outdoor space of the apartment was inviting with gardens that were lovely and shade when desired. Very comfortable and our host, Carole was so helpful in responding to our questions and any needs.

Carole was amazing and nice to chat with. We enjoyed the condo and how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean, and comfortable, gave us privacy and a place to relax between swimming and walking the boardwalk. We would stay here again!

Booked Carol’s place for a weekend getaway for my family and it didn’t disappoint. The dedicated parking and location to the beach are great. Very clean and lots of amenities and supplies. Carol was very accommodating and thoughtful, and very easy to work with, and communicative. Great place with a great hostess, book here if you can!

Birthday Reunion!

After a challenging year it was great to find a sweet beach place to hang out with family at a special time. Carol was a great host with enough input but not too much. I liked having her on the property as the visit was peaceful which is what we wanted. Close to restaurants at Rudee Inlet and the boardwalk. Parking was handy. I liked the surfing decor and the well equipped kitchen. Having a small (manicured) yard and dining patio was great for visiting with relatives. .

Beach fun

Authentic feeling beach house about 10 minutes from beach. One full bathroom with shower that worked for my family and little ones. Fenced in area provides nice outdoor playtime for the kiddos and protection from street traffic as a decent amount of cars pass thru. Wifi was strong which allowed us to work when needed.
