It was a nice little place for my family. We stayed three nights and really enjoyed how close we were to everything. Parking with two vehicles was an issue for us but there is a garage next block over.

Convenient to everything. Excellent communication with the host. Had a little hiccup when we got here, but the host made arrangements to set everything right without missing a beat. Parking space was practical and useful.

This little place was very clean, neat, and well equipped with all we needed for our short 3-night stay. Location was great- good restaurants and steps away from the boardwalk. Nice place to stay!
Clean and neat when we arrived.
About a 20 block one way walk to get here. Definitely will get your steps in but its all boardwalk!

We loved our stay at Virginia Beach! The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is great - very close to shopping and the beach. We especially loved meeting Dixie (VB legend dog) at the coffee shop around the corner. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our 1st VRBO and our experience was fantastic. The upstairs location was perfect and walkable to restaurants/shops/beach. The condo was cute and accommodating with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen with basic necessities. There was even a welcome basket!!! We definitely plan on coming back to this location again. Thank you all very much for making this a great experience.

Wonderful location!!! Condo was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. It is on the second floor, and the parking is right outside the stairwell entrance. Host responded in a timely manner to all questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

The property is conveniently located within a 1 block walking distance to the beach between Atlantic and Pacific Avenues. That is the major perk in that one does not have to search for parking in the vicinity. There are numerous businesses nearby too. It's a walkable area. Considering the location, the value is affordable compared to other rental properties that are adjacent to the ocean front. The hosts are very open and clear with communication. The decor in the space is modern, and relatively clean; nothing impressive. The beds are comfortable. A designated parking space is in front of the main entrance to the condo. Plenty of towels and dishwear are offered. I do suggest that more spoons be made available for use. Additional linen for use on the trundle sofa is recommended. Boogie Boards, a beach umbrella, and a portable chair are available. Where does the property fall short? First is the air quality. It was noticeable when we first entered the property. It was a mild musty odor which we helped neutralize via fresh outside air. There was a patched portion of the ceiling; we later learned that there was a leak. There was a dampness in the air. I personally suggest a dehumidifier or close the unit until the problem is completely resolved. There are signs of aging in the Unit i.e. the air vents which I suggest should be replaced due to rust. Air ducts need be cleaned. Artificial plants are noticeablely dusty. Overall, good location. Great communication. Poor air quality.
