Adorable remodeled trailer home that fits comfortably 6 people, with convenient location just few steps to the beach and back bay.
One bedroom (Queen size), 1 full bathroom, two sofa beds (full size) and covered porch with full furniture. Complimentary bed linens provided on all stays, all year round. You will enjoy the outdoor community pool and resort facilities like boat dock, tennis courts, club house, laundry rooms, kids playground, etc, etc

Home Offers: fully stocked kitchen, large flat screen HDTV with basic cable plus another flat screen TV in the bedroom, WiFi, grill on the deck, 2 available parking spaces reserved.

Good location, place was fine, but not for light sleepers.

Beautiful RV park in a great location. Listing was accurate, check in was a breeze, and the host had great communication. My only complaints are that we couldn't use the beautiful patio in the evening because it was covered with mosquitoes. We got eaten alive in just 5 minutes before we had to go inside. That and sleeping in the living area is nearly impossible of you're a light sleeper. The AC is extremely loud when it kicks on and woke us up constantly. There was also a really loud party somewhere near us that kept us up all night (admittedly, this isn't something the host can control, of course).

Comfortable, convenient, great communication!

Lovely property, owner and stay!

From check in to check out everything was great. The owner Gerardo always stayed in touch and was very helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Long weekend getaway

This rental was perfect my family (4 adults). It was comfortable, clean, and the proximity to the beach was awesome! We were able to relax and enjoy our time together on the porch while my husband grilled our dinners. We enjoyed time at the pool and beach. Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

Loved it!

This was my family’s first vacation and it couldn’t have been any better! It was so nice being so close to the beach, the area was nice and also had a nice pool. Definitely more homey and comfortable than staying in a hotel! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future, thanks so much!

Great Place to Get Away

We loved staying in the RV community in Sandbridge. Our rental was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. Access to the beach, the pool and nearby eateries was awesome. Our favorite thing about the property was the expansive and comfortable porch. We really hope to return again, and maybe stay for a full week. :) Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with.

Laid back weekend w the doggies

We had a great time w our 2 boxers. Owner’s were very helpful. Everyone In the neighborhood waves when they drive by. Close to beach and very relaxing stay.
