• Soft color pallets were chosen in each bedroom to create a calm, soothing & welcoming atmosphere.

• Relax and unwind on the patio and listen to the sounds of the birds and wild life that swim in & around the waters edge.

• If you’re craving food, fun or entertainment. There are many exciting dining experiences & shops just a short drive (1.7mi) or (Uber is roughly $7 to $15) to Downtown Chandler. Restaurants include DC Steakhouse, The Stillery, DTC Sports Grill, Pedal Haus, Murphy’s Law Irish Pub, SanTan Brewery & The Brickyard just to name a few.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please press the lock symbol located at the bottom right corner of the electronic lock on the front door when vacating the property to make sure the door is locked.
The front porch light is on a automatic timer that will turn on every evening at 6:40pm and turn off at 6:00am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

• No Guns, Weapons or Drugs on the premise at anytime. • No Parties or Commercial use of any type. (No mailbox or address deliveries)
