Height adjustable desk in a dedicated workspace. Walk in closet. Plenty of new towels and linens. Fans throughout the house that vent to the outside so you are not breathing stale air. Quiet Mini splits on both levels for the perfect temperature. Look out the bedroom window to a peaceful nature view. Full kitchen with full size sink, range and oven. Dishwasher and garbage disposal. Outside venting hood. In unit washer/dryer.Internet and Roku smart tv including Prime and Netflix. Plenty of street parking. Safe quiet neighborhood. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be tied up tightly in provided trash bags and out in the trash bin. Vacuum must be emptied.
Remove duvet covers and load all bedding and used towels into washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
General • No overnight guests allowed NO SHOES in the house
Do not affix anything to walls Do not bring in outside furniture Do not use the unit to store anything including bikes, boards, scooters, etc
Do not use perfume, cologne, incense etc that can leave a strong smell in the unit. Removal of embedded odors will incur an additional charge.
