RIGO 2-B(middle, 2 bedrooms): Right on the beach, frontal sea view

The RIGO apartment complex is located in a very central spot, roughly in the middle of the 2-kilometer-long beach. It consists of a total of 10 apartments spread over 4 floors, officially registered with the tourism authority and rated Category 1 by the state. On the first floor, there are 2 restaurants and a supermarket.
The apartments offered here are on the 2nd floor (accessible by stairs). Apartments 2-A and 2-B (far right and center), each approximately 80 m², have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment 2-C (far left), 85 m², has a third bedroom with a bunk bed and can accommodate up to 6 people.
All apartments are equipped identically and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a Zeran stovetop (4 burners), microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, and a comprehensive selection of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
Living/dining room with dining table, sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV with satellite reception (all major German channels available), and free Wi-Fi.
Bedrooms with twin beds and built-in closets, each facing the beach, with access to the terrace and ocean views. Ceiling fans with remote control in all bedrooms.
Starting in summer 2023, air conditioning: 1 unit in the living room, 1 unit in the bedroom facing the sea, which cool or heat the entire apartment when the room doors are open (surcharge of €8.00/night; to be decided and paid upon arrival).
Bathrooms with large glass shower enclosures. Hair dryer.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, built-in safe.
Large terraces leading directly to the beach with a table and chairs, a beach umbrella, and 2 folding lounge chairs.
Crib and high chair available (€2.00/night).
