Welcome to the best short term rental in the city of Louisville. 18 months of renovation work was completed in May of 2023. Every inch of this historic building has been restored including new electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. The building is 5,000 square feet and features 12 ft ceilings on all 3 levels. It has a huge open concept kitchen, 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and two large entertainment spaces. There are a total of 17 beds at the property and 4 off street parking spots.
