Each suite has its own private access around the central courtyard. Perfect for large groups (Sleeps up to 16)!

A spacious 2-Bedroom suite featuring exposed brick walls, modern kitchen, and high-end furnishings.

A spacious modern studio.

Perfect Spot for Large or Small Groups

Our trip included 14 people and the space was perfect for all of us. The 3 separate rooms allow for privacy but also close enough to enjoy everyone's company. The location is neat with a bar just below you and walking distance to the NuLu area. We frequented Biscuit Belly multiple morning for breakfast and walked to the riverfront for the air show. The house/rooms were spotless and the craftsmanship in the finishes didn't go unnoticed. A great spot and highly recommend.

Really nice experience for our group of 9 friends. Location is about perfect. Just a few minute walk to all the Nulu spots. Even the downtown distilleries were easily walkable. We stayed in 3 units. All clean and comfortable. Space to socialize is limited for large groups as the spaces are mostly sleeping areas. When we were hanging out at the place, it was fine. Parking was not an issue for our 3 vehicles. Plenty of street parking available in the area. Overall a great experience.

The 3 units were perfect for our group. Walking distance to wonderful bars and restaurants. The Tartan house was a bonus. Go see Jeff, he makes a great cocktail. Our host Eric was wonderful. Spot on. We would stay here again.
