Villa "In the Green" of Etna with Sea View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden

The Villa in the Green of Etna, which is situated in Piedimonte Etneo, overlooks the nearby sea and the surrounding mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dispenser for water, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a shower with cryotherapy and aromatherapy, hydromassage, a jacuzzi as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 16 people. There are 2 sofa beds in the 2 living rooms. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

Table football and dart shooting are available for the guests.

3 additional bed spaces are available in a boat house next to the pool (see pictures), for info please ask directly to the Host Maurizio.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, a open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. There is a platform in the pool area featuring three waterslides, each equipped with a waterfall, allowing for a thrilling dive directly into the pool.

The places of interest Piano Provenzana, Taormina, Isola Bella, Gole dell' Alcantara (Alcantara Gorge), Castiglione di Sicilia are all within 15km.

Host lives on the grounds.

Smoking is allowed (inside the building).

Childcare is available (Italian speaking only).

Beach/pool towels are provided.

The property offers homemade/homegrown produce, and has motorbike, ski and bicycle storage.

This property has strict recycling rules. Please check with the homeowner about these upon arrival.

An excellent Villa for family and friends.

Pros: The Villa was spacious and clean, the owners made us feel welcome and prepared us a meal at a very competitive price. The owners not only made bookings on our behalf but even drove and picked us up from a wine tasting tour. The pool and poolside bar were a welcomed fixture during the high temperatures, I would seriously recommend this Villa . Cons: Nothing all good.

A fun house with a beautiful view!

My friends and I flew to Sicily and when we arrived, the original VRBO we had booked was canceled on us. Scrambling, we looked up any other VRBO's nearby, and found Maurizio's house! I messaged him asking if we would be able to book and check-in earlier, and he got back to me right away. His response was incredibly friendly and gave specific directions that helped us find the house. He also offered to cook us a delicious 3 course Italian meal, which of course we said yes to! The house is even better than the pictures make it seem. You stay upstairs and there are plenty of bedrooms, your own kitchen and living room. The pool area has grass around it, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, a hammock, and tons of chairs. There is also a deck that offers a beautiful view of the small town and ocean below. I went with a group of 13 people and we had an amazing time. Maurizio and his wife were so kind, and they even had puppies they let us play with!

Maurizio et Maria furent très gentil de nous accueillir en nous ayant préparé un repas pour toute la famille à notre arrivée! Il fut d’autant plus apprécié après une longue route depuis Palerme! La communication était impeccable et l’endroit très propre et bien entretenu. Comme les hôtes demeuraient au rez de chaussé, ils pouvaient nous dépanner au besoin et nous informer des bons endroits où aller (épicerie, restaurant, endroits à visiter, etc…). Le seul point négatif était que les chiens pouvaient aboyer durant la nuit ou tôt le matin. Rien n’est parfait mais dans l’ensemble, je recommande fortement cet endroit. Grazie mille Maria et Maurizio!

Super. Einziger negativer Punkt: Je nach Zimmer hört man nachts das Bellen der Hunde sehr laut. Ansonsten alles sehr gut. Danke an Maurizio, der sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist.

Prima huis

De ligging en uitzicht van het huis is top. Het huis is wel enigszins gedateerd. Verder is het belangrijk om te weten dat Maurizio en zijn vrouw op de begane grond van het huis wonen en de gasten de bovenste verdiepingen gebruiken. Een absolute tip is om Maurizio voor je te laten koken en zijn fameuze grappa te laten maken!!
