Neighborhood Overview: Conveniently located just 2.5 blocks from the beach and STEPS to the best part of Ventnor Ave (Velo Café, Santucci’s, Sapore, Agnes Café, Surf Shop, Boutiques, and more). Everywhere you need to go is in walking distance. The family can take a short walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner (or Ice Cream!). Or load up a beach cart for a short walk to the beach. Ventnor beaches offers pristine sands and gentle waves, making it a perfect destination for swimming, surfing, or unwinding by the sea.
Transit: The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.
Listing Notes: **PARKING:** There is no dedicated on site parking, however free street parking is available on our street and other streets nearby
**TVs:** There are TV`s in [insert TV locations} i.e every bedroom, living room areas and the game room. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
**MULIT UNIT BLDG:**: This listing is inclusive of two two separate units. The first floor unit is accessed from the ground floor and includes 3BRs/2BA, and the second floor unit is 3BR/3BA. There are no other units on the property and you’ll have the entire home to yourself.
**STAIRS:** 10-12 stairs required to access the 2nd floor and an additional 10-12 stairs required to access the 3rd floor
**Pet Policy**: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
