This is a great spot! Obviously newly renovated and close to everything. Incredibly clean and instructions given by owner were clear. The walls are thin so bring a white noise machine if you like to sleep in/ go to bed early. The kitchen is stocked with dishes/ pots/ pans. Towels and linens are provided. We loved our stay here and were happy we could bring our dog to the beach! We are hoping to go back to visit this rental sometime soon.

The place is exactly as described and was very clean. The owner was very communicative. We were notified of the AC/Heat and fridge were not working due to a power surge 2 days prior to our stay. They made it right by offering a cancellation refund or a credit. We greatly appreciated the transparency and accommodation. We would definitely stay again.

Travelers looking for a decently-equipped kitchen and a couple of bedrooms will be pretty happy with this property. It seems recently renovated; everything was in great shape and had most of the amenities you'd expect -- beach and parking tags, most kitchen equipment, nice-sized TV, and plenty of seating. Our only real issue, and not under the host's control, was the scarcity of parking. At the time of our visit, several nearby houses were being renovated and often half a dozen work trucks would take over that end of the street. On the plus side, the parking pass SEEMS to work anywhere nearby, so we could park AT the beach and not worry about being towed.
