Paradise at the beach! We have families that have been returning year after year for their vacations and holiday celebrations. The house has also played host to some beautiful beach weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. The house is located right up against the dunes and just steps from two beach access points over the dunes.

You enter via the two-story entry foyer with a curved, glass atrium. The 1st floor recreation room has a wet bar and outdoor patio, and converts to a bedroom with a private full bath. Have a lot of bags or don't like stairs? Go directly upstairs on the elevator! The elevator is fantastic for taking suitcases to and from the third floor, and bringing the groceries up to the second level.

The second floor's open design has unrestricted ocean views, plenty of comfortable couches, gas fireplace, and a huge deck to enjoy the breeze. The chef's kitchen is fit out for feeding a big family or creating a romantic dinner. The quality tools for preparing your meal include granite-topped custom cabinetry and a center island combined with double convection ovens, 5-burner gas cook top, and Sub-zero refrigeration. A wine frig is built-in, as well as a hidden dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of cookware and serving pieces.

The third floor has four bedrooms each with vaulted ceilings, skylights, fans and private full baths. The master has a king bed while the others have queen size. The master suite has priceless views of the shoreline from every angle and French doors leading out to a private deck. A luxurious master bath with an oversized shower and Jacuzzi tub also offers fantastic views!

The house is fully set up with linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, and beach towels. The house is stocked with a starting set of paper goods as well. Beach passes are provided for the summer, along with beach chairs and toys. There's a private outdoor hot & cold shower to clean up after a day at the beach and a gas BBQ on the back patio to cook up your favorite creations.
