We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern home that's only a 2 block walk to the infamous OC Boardwalk or the quaint downtown neighborhood (either direction....cars not needed for this location!). The unit is handicap friendly with no steps inside the unit...however, there are approximately 15 steps up the front porch or down to the garage from inside the house...We provide pillows and blankets only. Please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets.
