Welcome to the Farm Manor — a spacious, welcoming farmhouse retreat nestled on peaceful Perry City Road in Trumansburg, NY. With room for up to 11 guests, this is the ideal home base for families, reunions, graduation celebrations, and large friend groups who want space to spread out and come together.

The main floor features three comfortable bedrooms — a king, and two queens — a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and a beautiful spa bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower. The finished lower level provides additional sleeping space with two full futons and a queen bed, plus laundry facilities for longer stays.

Outside, the Farm Manor truly shines. A huge covered porch and wraparound veranda with table and chairs is the perfect spot for morning coffee, long dinners, and evening gatherings. Your own Solo Stove fire pit area invites nights under the stars. The shared backyard and maintained woodland trails through three acres of enchanting row-tree forest are right at your doorstep — perfect for morning walks and exploring nature.

Located in Trumansburg, 15 minutes from Ithaca and Cornell University, and close to Cayuga Lake, Taughannock Falls, and the Finger Lakes wine trail. The Farm Manor can also be booked alongside the Barn Manor next door for groups of up to 18.
