Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee is non-refundable on all refunds. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid minus this fee, in accordance with Stripe’s policy. This applies to direct bookings and select booking channels.

General Guidelines
Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED.
Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $200 fee and may result in early termination of your stay. Any damages caused by pets will result in additional charges.
Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must remain closed at all times.
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the duration of the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drinks in bedrooms (sealed water bottles are allowed). Additional cleaning fees may apply for stains.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A $200 fine will apply, along with any additional cleaning or repair costs.
Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins before departure. If your stay includes a Sunday, we kindly ask that you place bins out that evening.
Damages: Please report any damages within 24 hours or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report may result in full liability for repairs or replacements.
Dishes: Please wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before departure.
Windows: Keep all windows closed for safety and security.
Laundry: Do not overload machines. Avoid washing sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap after use.
Storage Closet: Please keep this area closed and locked.
Consumables: Any leftover items are for your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur a $ 100-per person fee if occupancy limits are exceeded.
Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction.
