Wake up to the water at this newly refurbished Hawks Cay villa — the closest unit to the resort and built for slow, easy Florida Keys days. Step right out to the private waterfront and push off in the included kayak for a quiet paddle through the canals and out toward open water. Come back, rinse off, and stretch out in front of the 65" 4K smart TV, with a Nintendo Switch 2 ready for game nights when the sun goes down.
Inside, everything has been freshly updated — new finishes, comfortable furnishings, and a layout that flows from the living space out to the water. Central A/C, fast Wifi, fresh linens, and all the everyday essentials are stocked and ready so you can settle in the moment you arrive.
Disclaimer: This home sits inside the Hawks Cay Resort community, but it is a private residence and is not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to the resort's pool, tennis courts, or other guest amenities. You are, however, welcome to visit the hotel lobby and the on-site restaurants, and you may purchase attractions/activities and treatments at the Calm Waters Spa.

We have been coming to Hawks Cay for over 10 years and lately we think about it twice because of the deteriorating conditions of most villas, your refurbished villa, clean and beautifully decorated has changed the experience for us and we can’t wait to return.
