We're changing the way you vacation at Village at Hawks Cay Villa 7222 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You'll never have to stress again assuring your guest's comfort and privacy or accommodating extended family on a budget. Whether you're entertaining the family throughout the open layout of the kitchen, dining and living area, have your feet up on the private patio and prepare to cool off in your own private pool next to that special someone, or are basking in the sun from your pool deck; the only regret will be that you didn't stay longer!




Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is located just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.




Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (available to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Solé Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Their activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and day-trips to local sand bars.

The house was very nice. It could use a little updating. The pool needed some attention when we arrived but after calling the host, next morning it was taken care of. We did enjoy our stay and was comfortable.

Family trip

This our third stay we love it. We travel to fish with a friend and its the perfect location for us to meet him. The villa is quiet and very clean. My only suggestion would be upgrade to smart tvs with wifi

Vacation property needs maintenance l

Overall, property was mostly as advertised except it was really run down and had small issues like missing blinds, there is just water fountain not a bottle Hill station that way boards popping up by the pool, stains/rips in furniture, floors were not super clean, etc. It was mostly comfortable for our group of 6, but it would have been tight with 12 people.

Spacious and comfortable getaway

We had a wonderful family getaway in this spacious, comfortable, and beautiful house. There was plenty of room for our group of 12, and the backyard pool, putting green, and bocce ball set kept our kids (ages 5-13) entertained for hours. We were also within close driving distance of Sombrero and Bahia Honda beaches. I’d happily stay here again!

Fit the bill

Needed a place with 5 beds thus the choice. Was clean but worn. One of the toilets ran, sent a message to let the manager know. Restaurant on site is pricey thus we travelled to dinners

Not what I expected

The property is extremely outdated. Beds are awful, shower heads are not working properly. The furniture in the property is very bad condition.

Our stay on duck key

Traveled down to the keys for a 30th birthday celebration! This condo ticked off all the boxes for what we needed. The backyard is perfectly equipped with a heated pool and yard games. For a house that sleeps that many people, there was a very limited amount of toilet paper. We had to supply our own after two rolls per bathroom. Also- don’t walk around in white socks! The floors were very dirty. Those were our only two gripes! Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Property management is not doing their job...

The property and area are nice, but this unit needs some serious tlc and quality control checks in place. There are numerous items in need of repairs-- from deck boards lifting, kitchen shelving falling, faucet handles coming off, entry way light burned out, screeching ceiling fan, just to name a few. There were dirty dishes and utensils, and the floors were absolutely filthy. Makes you question how clean the linens were...We had a good time, but I would not stay with this host again.

Wouldn't recommend

We paid a LOT of money to stay here for 3 nights (nearly $3000). We walked in and the house smelled so bad (like dead rotting fish). It was so very stinky, we were literally choking & gagging & getting nauseous. We considered getting a hotel for the evening, but there were 12 of us and that would have added quite an expense to our weekend trip. I think someone cleaned fish in the sink, pushed the carcasses into the disposal, & forgot to turn it on. But the cleaning crew should have DEFINITELY noticed the smell! We opened all the doors to air it out & called the number listed on the paperwork. The number I called said they would call maintenance to come over and check it out. Never heard a word back until 10pm (& they were only calling to ask us to move a car that we had already moved lol) & they said the people I called earlier never contacted them. By then we had scrubbed the house (especially sink and disposal) with lemon & cleaning products & sprayed lysol everywhere but we literally had to leave the house for several hours because the smell was so bad, it had permeated the entire house including the upstairs. To give you an idea how bad it was, we had the front door hanging open to let the smell out, & our second couple arrived & immediately plugged their noses & said "whats that awful smell" (& they were still their in their car outside! Nobody ever showed up, no apologies were made, no compensation for the huge inconvenience.... super disappointing.
