Welcome to our 2-acre privately gated country retreat — a family-friendly escape just 5 minutes from Allegiant Stadium and 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. We host families looking for space, quiet, and easy access to Vegas without the party scene.

GUEST ACCESS
You`ll have access to the entire property. The host and team are available throughout your stay for any requests or needs.
No Parties. No Events. No Exceptions. No Fireworks. No Limousine pick up or drop off. No Party Bus pick up or drop off. (Uber/Lyft are fine) Zero Tolerance here. You must be 25 years of age to book here. You must provide ID to Airbnb prior to booking. If you are not comfortable providing photo ID you should not book here. Residents of Las Vegas or Clark County must book minimum 7 nights and have 3 prior positive reviews in their history. All guest names must be submitted to reservation prior to check in. Only guests listed on reserve may access property at all times during stay. The cost to heat the hot tub is included with your stay. Heating of the pool or leaving heater on after using hot tub will result in additional charges. My listing provides basic accommodations-that’s it.
