Get ready for the R & R you deserve. You’ll find the pool and palm tree views from the 1st floor balconies, yes, there’s two balconies, just as relaxing as sitting on the beach. It does require a half a flight of stairs.

This condo is the perfect 2 Bedroom/2 Bath end unit in Mariner's Cove, offering a sunny and bright space. The owners have custom-created a cozy retreat with every detail coordinated; from the beautiful wood laminate flooring, contemporary furnishings that include deluxe electric recliners, large smart TV's, elegant kitchen upgrades, like tile backsplash and quartz counter tops, and updated appliances, right down to the fresh paint of calming coastal colors. Enjoy nicely remodeled bathrooms with "rain fall" shower heads. The main bedroom (King bed) has private en-suite and private balcony access. The second bedroom (Twin beds) is perfect for the kids. Of course, new stacked full-size washer and dryer included.

Mariner's Cove is a great coastal community in the Shore Drive area, just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This ideal, central location puts you only minutes away from the best restaurants on the Grand Strand, including fresh seafood, fine dining and casual local cuisine.
