We enjoyed our stay. The house was well-appointed and extremely clean. We had everything we needed for our two-night stay. The owners responded almost immediately to questions. We highly recommend this house.

Our only problem (but a major one due to temperature) was the air conditioning - we arrived around 4:30 and didn’t have cool air until after 9pm. It was set on a timer for 85 and the smart thermostat is very complicated to change and directions from host, although provided via phone and text, did not actually explain how to get it to work .. took almost 4 hours of messing with it to change temp setting for more than 3-4 minute s . Indoor temp during that time ranged from 81-85 while outside it was around 96

It worked great for us having a small family reunion close by. It was a very quite area. Very convenient to grocery stores, like Winn Dixie and Publix. The little extras like coffee and bath products was a very nice touch. Will stay there again if the need arises.
