The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The indoor pool was great. Very nice view of beach and water from the balcony. Comfortable beds. Check in instructions were buried in the middle of Driving Directions so I didn't even see them (I didn't need directions) so we did not know to pick up badges for pool and arcade.Put 5 in the arcade coin machine and got nothing back:)Non-stick frying pan was old, dull, very scratched which is not safe to use.

Spectacular view!

1703 at Seawatch has the most spectacular ocean view of any place we have stayed in OC. The place is fine for a short stay and well stocked with cleaning, paper products, nice bath products. We did not need to pack the usual items, making a much more convenient packing. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice but overpriced

The unit was nice and the building and premises are well-maintained, but, in general, I believe that the prices for accommodations in Ocean City are very overpriced.

Great property!

Unit 1703 at Sea Watch! Beds were not very comfortable! Queen was actually a double! All in all it was ok! No balcony table! It was stated in the reservation that there would be a shampoo, soap, paper towels but we had none!

Great Condo in a Great Building

The condo was nice, clean, up to date, and has an awesome porch and view. The 2 bedrooms plus two others rooms were plenty of space for our family of 6. The kitchen was equipped with good basic supplies and appliances, the beds and bathrooms were nice. The only thing I could say for improvments would be that the couches might need replacing soon, they are starting to get a little worn. The major plus for this property are the amenities of the building. The staff us wonderful, its always clean, and we really enjoyed the cinema, sauna, billards, basketball, and pickle ball offered there. The atrium aslo gives the building a wonderful atmosphere.

Enjoyed our stay

When we arrived we noticed the refrigerator didn't seem too cold.We turned the controls and waited til the next day and it was worse.Our food was getting warm and the ice was water.I went down to Vacasa office and left them know what was wrong.He came up to the room with me and figured it out.....the breaker switch flipped(didn't look it)we had flipped it back and forth twice but it didn't work for us.Thank you again

Great Location! Unit needs upgrades.

This was our first time staying at Sea Watch, and overall, we had a wonderful summer vacation with our two kids. Every staff member we encountered from Security to the Vacasa office was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself has a fantastic view of the beach, and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony and taking advantage of the great common areas Sea Watch has to offer. That said, there are definitely some areas where the unit could use improvement. The cleanliness and condition of the furniture and appliances left something to be desired. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable with noticeable lumps, and unfortunately, the master bathroom had a lingering odor we couldn’t seem to eliminate, even after cleaning it ourselves. The refrigerator was leaking, and both bedrooms would really benefit from updated furniture. The kids’ dressers handles were falling off. Despite these issues with the unit, we made the best of our stay and enjoyed the overall Sea Watch experience. With a few updates, this could be a really fantastic rental!

Great time and great location

This unit is perfect! Beautiful views of both ocean and bay! Needed a leaky sink and garbage disposal repaired during our stay but maintenance was very prompt in responding. We also experienced a foul odor in the master bathroom that we dealt with ourselves although the property manager did offer to send housekeeping. Individual laundry closet/room right outside the door stocked with beach toys. The unit had books, puzzles and a kid’s game as well-nice touches. Four tv’s- never even got a chance to watch them all b/c sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and bay were much more enjoyable. The building has great amenities as well- small cinema, game room, sauna, billiards, indoor/outdoor/baby splash pools, tennis and basketball. Great access to beach! Being on the 17th floor meant a wait sometimes for the elevator but there are several sets to choose from. And there was a wait for luggage carts at check in and check out. But with patience, one becomes available relatively quickly. Close to stores, restaurants and park! Overall, this was a great place to stay and would consider staying here again in the future!
