3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8) Ocean Front 3rd Floor Condo
When you come to the beach, it's best to stay right ON the beach. Enjoy your Ocean City stay at this super clean, well appointed family oriented ocean front 3 bedroom condo!
The unit underwent extensive renovations (new flooring, new furniture, new bedding, new lighting, new window treatments, construction of pantry-shelving-new towel racks, plus extensive bathroom and electrical updates and more) in 2013. Ceiling fans were put in 2014. New windows were installed in Fall 2015.
Kitchen: fully-stocked with dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, serving pieces, and bakeware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a table seating 6, full-sized appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Living Room: Queen sleep sofa, comfortable seating, cable TV and DVD, and wireless internet. The wall of sliding glass doors showcases the ocean.
Balcony: 3rd floor level looks out over the dunes to see clear views of the beach and ocean. Table for 4 and seating as well as beach gear storage.
Bedroom 1: two twin beds, dresser, and closet
Bedroom 2: twin over full bunk, dresser, and wall pegs
Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a large dresser, 2 closets, and a private shower-only bathroom
Hallway: Bathroom #2 (tub and shower combo) and washer/dryer closet
Our unit is a great place to stay for summer family vacations, a ladies weekend get-away, golf trips, Convention Center activities, Spring and Winter Fests, and tax free outlet shopping in Delaware.
No smoking or pets allowed by condominium rules. If it is discovered you have a pet, the condo association evicts and rental and deposit are not refunded.
Parking: There is 1 parking space assigned to the unit. Due to the age of the building and what cars used to be like, note that there is not enough clearance for an SUV. The space for this unit is very tight, width-wise to swing in and out of. This would be frustrating if you were not aware of it ahead of time. We have an SUV and park either on the street (whenever it's available--morning and dinnertime) or across the street (which always has spots). You cannot park in any of the other spots as each is assigned to a particular unit.
Families and adult renters only please. WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS--PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT EXCEPTIONS.
Security Deposit required.
Cost is the rental rate plus MD State and County Local Taxes (10.5%), Cleaning Fee ($125), Refundable Security Deposit ($500/wk) and HomeAway/VRBO protection plan.

68th Street is an ideal location at about the halfway point in Ocean City. Just a few blocks from the Rt. 90 bridge into OC, this condo has access to all that a vacationing family might want or need. The condo is literally on the sand, but when you want more than the beach and ocean, the Boardwalk and Jolly Roger Amusements are timeless sites for fun. Ocean City Buses run 24/7 for safe, convenient travel. Old Pro Indoor Golf is just across the street. A mid-size grocery is within walking distance. Hopefully, you will not need the medical center services, but if you do, it is within walking distance as well.

About the owner: We are two couples--siblings and our spouses--who bought the place in Dec. 2012. All of us grew up in the DC suburbs, so OC is our vacation home.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean City, MD, USA:
We have been coming to Ocean City all our lives and LOVE the beach! Our fondest childhood memories are of the original Fractured Prune, Thrashers, riding the waves, and our annual visits to Jolly Rogers, and the boardwalk. We wanted the opportunity to create similar memories with our own children. So, we purchased this condo in the same building in which our parents own because we know and love the location. The view is spectacular, and the beach access is the best!
