The Space:

Welcome to La Mirage! This darling, one-bedroom condo is perfect for families, groups of friends, couples, and even solo travelers. It’s well equipped with a full kitchen with all the essentials, marvelous ocean and beach views from the balcony, a washer/dryer on site, free WiFi, central air conditioning, and also offers a prime location close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation areas. Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

This rental was perfect for our first visit to Ocean City. We had everything we needed to make the trip enjoyable. Watching dolphins from the balcony provided much needed relaxation. The entire property was very clean and this was much appreciated.

Quick get away

It was a wonderful experience. The hiccups that’s were encountered were quickly managed with the staff. The location was easy to find and access. It was very quiet as well

This is by far the most beautiful view ever. Saw dolphins every morning from balcony. Washer and dryer a plus also. Full kitchen was also very nice. Every single part of this rental was well worth it We will definitely go back. Tvs could have been bigger but with a view like that tv doesnt matter

Great location, property needs some updating.Lack of enough living room furniture and TV was way too small for space. Kitchen could also use more cooking essentials bowls, strainers, keurig coffee maker etcOverall I would stay again! Love Ocean City!

Just Like Home

My 2nd time at same location. Its just like going home. Can’t wait to go back again. Wifi and roku were a plus. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. I really enjoy the washer and dryer. Its nice to come home and put clean clothes away. The view is amazing. The air conditioning is perfect. Everything was spotless!

The property is a bit outdated, needs renovations. It is a cheap place to stay so not a big deal. Does have an amazing view of the beach. Don’t even count the pull out couch as a bed because it feels like you’re laying on springs.

Great view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony and short walk to the beach each day was amazing. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we need. We arrived slightly early. This was the first place we stayed where we couldn't check in 30 mins early since the place was ready. Minor updates such as replacing the shade to the living room lamp. Having a deep cleaning to carpet and sofa, missing blinds needed hanged up.

Old No Updates

The elevator inspection was out dated, it had a date of 6/30/22. The room kind of looked like the pictures just aged really aged. But not a bad place to stay if your just looking for a room to stay at while you're on the beach.
